"Though I have been disappointed by other Green's offerings, I decided to give this one a try, and I am glad I did.
Color is a clear orangy-amber, nothing special but not off-putting. Aroma is crisp and fruity, more on a cider than a beer, a little sweet but not cloying. Flavor is perky, fruity and a little sour, with a nice alcohol zing; it tastes like a mixture of cider and sake - different, and not in a bad way. Texture is smooth and pleasing, a teensy bit watery but not too shabby."

"Once Again A for effort. If you have a gluten allergy then you are lucky that this brewery is making these for you. I love the concept. I think I would of liked it a lot more if it was not so over carbonated."

"This poured a golden color with a large white head. The aroma contains a bit of lemons with some perfume notes. The flavor contains some cooked veggies, sour apples, sugar, and lemons. Overall this beer was odd but not horrid. "

"smells of a high octane wheat sake with honey ...first sip..WTF!! .. very sickly sweet and alco driven.. fuckin crazy beer, not what i was expecting, like a ball getting caught in a zipper kind of shock! ... for having 8.5% and really having nothing in it, its OK but shit, it needs a lot of work.. "I don't know what I rated the others and I won't look but this one reminds me of a crummy mead. But, once again, for a Gluten free brew, this is drinkable, sort of.
Pours out a large rocky white head that has some notable retention and leaves thin spotty lacing. The beer itself is a weak orange gold with some fine unfiltered floaties. Even a light swirl refreshes the cap. The initial sharp sourness peters off after a bit leaving the smells of the oddness of the ingredients. It's kind of fruity / honey too but the actual smells here are just a big mystery to me, sorry. The initial taste is very sharp and sour with some honey. This gives way to immediate alcohol and some prominent odd spice which all gives way to a soft, warm semi-bread. It is interesting in how the flavour actually changes three times per sip. The mouth feel is quite sharp with heavy carbonation. Finishes bready."
