Grisette Blanche belongs to the family of Belgian white beers. It is therefore very refreshing in summer. However, it remains a full-bodied, savoury beer offering lots of contrast. Its head is typical of wheaty beers - creamy and compact - with an opaque, hazy appearance.

"Hazy yellow colour, big foamy white head. Wheat, yeast, some fruits and weak skunky notes. Rich carbonation. Flavour is surprisingly sour, mainly wheat and yeast with some fruity hints. Very dry palate, and an acidic sting in finish. Wheat and yeast in aftertaste. "

"Typical witbier look, hazy yellow with a steady large white head. Light citrus aroma. Fruity and sweet to begin, some spices and sour to finish. Medium to light bodied but a watery in the finish. Had worse."
