"This beer had virtually no head or lacing and pales in comparison to the original Grolsch. It's not worth trying even out of idle curiosity. Even if you don't agree with my reviews on other beers, heed my words on this one."

"Pours a light golden, bubbly, with thin white head and some lace. Fresh aroma of malts, hops, light citrus, some sweetness and spice. The mouthfeel is smooth, rich, and starts thin but builds. Flavors of malts, light hops, lemon/citrus, and mild spice. Well done."

"Pours with a decent light lager head .. lacing is also pretty good for a light lager ... smell of some grass and lite skunk ... a nice effort that is enjoyably toned down of the original... all in all: A nice light effort that i could drink when on diet at the beach in Houston pretending i am in Holland, but most dutch would point and laugh so... ..."sometimes I wonder, did he buy the frisbee?""

"Not a fan of Grolsch here but I saw this one and I figured I needed to try it. The aroma is of grain and cheap malt with some cereal thrown in. The appearance is a pale, golden yellow with a decent head on top that is fuzzy and diminishes to a light lacing. The mouthfeel is light-bodied with no complexity of malt at all and no hop character with a palate that is thin and watery. The flavor is of sweet malt, cereal, grain and nasty ass biscuits with an aftertaste that is metallic and not smooth with a finish that is watery and just bad. Overall, terrible product here for sure and not worth even one bottle; don't bother..."

"I got this bad boy at family Liquor in east Dubuque, IL. Luckily, I was able to get a single bottle. The body is a surprisingly dark gold that approaches orange. The head is thick and creamy. The smell is cheap bread, walnuts and some grass. The taste has some slight plastic along with a little bit of carrots and burnt potatoes. At least it has a light body and is not skunky. "
