The Celtic Harp is unique to Ireland and is as much a part of being Irish as the love of life, good music and the apreciation of a finely crafted beer. Harp is brewed in the traditional Irish way, from some of the finest barley and purest water in the world, for a fuller, richer flavour. Harp Lager's distinctive taste complements any cuisine.

"Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: The body has great clarity and a bright yellow straw color. Its head is thick with big pillowy stiff peaks. It has great retention and leaves behind lots of cool lacing.
Smell: The aroma has pleasant aromatic hops and light malt.
Taste/Mouth feel: Its flavor has a good balance of sweet, light malts with mellow leafy and floral hops. Bitterness is mild and fades to a clean finish. Its texture is smooth and wet with average carbonation and a light to medium body that is very drinkable.
Notes: For me this was a very enjoyable beer with a beautiful look and pleasing aroma. The flavor is clean, refreshing and highly drinkable. Cheers!

"A really smooth Irish beer. Light enough to have with food and still substantial enough to let you know you've had a beer. Good taste. Good texture - warm or cold weather."

"This is a really enjoyable lager. Yellow/amber color with a thick white head. This beer goes down smooth. Overall a great lager. I like it both out of the bottle and out of the tap. "

"Hadn't had a Harp in a while. Sorry to say I remembered it being much better. It poured a beautifull golden color with a thick white head that lingered till the glas was gone. But the taste and aroma was just slightly above average, and certaintly not worth the premium price. I can think of alot of better beers to buy for $6.99 a six pack."

"Harp for me is a good all around brew, not to pricey, and has enough flavor to keep you interested. Not the greatest beer out there but it is a good standby. Golden color, mild hops and yeast flavors with a smooth finish."
