Brewery Description:
This is a one man operation in the Black Forest. The brew kettle is wood fired, the primary fermentation is open air. Other oddites that are distilled here include a 28% schnapps made from dopple bock. Rolf the owner speaks very good English and is a consultant for micro breweries world wide.
