A delicious and surprising refreshing taste, naturally cloudy and brewed using a unique recipe of wheat, malted barley, and a subtle hint of coriander and orange peel.

"Light golden yellow pour with a nice thick white head. Plenty of lace on the glass along with a substantial amount of carbonation. Subtle orange taste to it. Refreshing beer for a nice summer night. "

"This beer was nice and remains the quintessential Belgian White Ale. The best part about this beer, in my opinion, was the aroma. It was big on fruit and citrus notes."

"Citrus aroma with a rocky, one-finger head and decent lacing. Heavy, full-bodied mouthfeel and a sour flavor with hints of wheat, spices and orange peels. Wish List Lt. Chekov from 9/19/2009."

"Bottle. Poured a hazy pale straw colored ale with a good one finger white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, aciditic fruits, citrus, lemon, orange. The flavour is wheat malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, orange and spicy, coriander and coriander! The mouthfeel is a subtil combination between the wheat malts and the aciditic fruits. This medium bodied ale has a long and nice sourish / sweety finish. The recognized standard of a Belgian Wit. A nicely standart! "
