The bottled version has been brewed at Ørbæk Bryggeri, Ørbæk and holds 5.5% ABV.
Brewed from 60% barley malt and 40% locally grown, organic and unmalted spelt. Fermented with a German Hefe yeast. A sweetened concentrate of elder flower, lemons and oranges has been added.

"Bottled (5.5%). Hazy orange colour with small head. Aroma is grains, barnyard, vegetables and some mild fruityness. Flavour is fruity hops, some earth and yeast. Also some mild toffeeish notes. "
