For over eight years Benjamin Schottle, Brewmaster, has been perfecting his craft. Beginning at the University of Western Ontario where he earned a degree in Biochemical Engineering, he has since been creating unique and distinctive brews across Canada.
Hugo's is thrilled to have Benjamin as their Brewmaster. His strong Eastern European influences are setting us apart from all other brewing operations.
