"Beige head, good lace & bubbles.
Colour of dark brown, with deep cherry edges.
Little nose...some dark malt notes, but not much.
Deep, roasty complex flavour, some banana-like esters. Cold coffee.
Medium bitterness, touch cloying, reasonable balance. Would prefer it served warmer."
