A sahti brewed without hops, only juniper is used for spicing.

"(8.0%, 2005). Dark nutbrown, hazy colour, no head to mention. Aroma of juniper and sweet malts. Flavour is sweet juniper, malts and caramel. Very smooth, but at the same time a bit "drawn-back", it could be a bit more aggressive. Hides it’s ABV well though. Later also had the 10.4% (2006) and 10.3% (2007) versions. I guess the ABV varies on the cooking in this one... The Sahti stays the same (as has the recipe done). "
