"This sour ale pours a deep red color from a 33cl bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is tart cherry, some wood and some malts. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Its more tart and tannic tasting than fruity and tart. It has that malt and wood of a Rodenbach, but not the fruity tart flavors. Nice carbonation. Very enjoyable drinking beer. Some vinous woody flavors at the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter."

"Pours out in a clear deep red colour with purple hints with a huge frothy white foam. Lactic and fruity aroma of red berries, wood, vinegar, tart cherries. Sweeter flavour of cherries and raspberries with touches of brown sugar and wood. Cherries, mild oak and dark over-riped fruit in the finish. Promising aroma but it’s a bit too sweet for me flavour wise."
