"I had hoped to give this hometown brew a good rating but...A mid yellow body, with thin head that didnt leave much lace. Flavor was slight of wheat and some citrus also there was something that tasted of cider vinegar? Overall i thought it was a slightly below average beer, however i am willing to retry it in the future."

"Poured a medium and hazy yellow color with a huge sized white head. Aromas of citrus lemons, spicey, and cereal. Tastes of wheat, ligher citrus, soapy, and grains. Thinner body. Bizarre label - not that there’s anything wrong with that."

"Beautiful smell 4 an american wheat --- but all goes wrong after that, horribly untidy + tacky in the taste department --- is refrshing, maybe on a 100 degree day --- The smell is the best attribute --- Come Austin,TX you can do better than this mess! .. Had at Boondoggles"

"Woo hoo! First review! Purchased at Central Market in Dallas and carted back to Delaware by one of my consultants. Anyway, the beer poured with a pale straw color...slight head, crystal clear at the bottom of the glass, cloudy at the top. Weird. I feel like a need a couple more of these to really get a good feel, but Texas is over a 1,000 miles away, so oh well. Aroma was lemony and peppery, but faint. The flavor was very mild wheat, a slight floral taste, a touch of fruity sweetness but no hop bitterness. Some pepper and a clovey like taste (not sure it was clove though) was there...and the clovey like taste was a bit too strong. Not "wheaty" enough for my liking, a tad thin. You could pound a great deal of these on a hot summer day and I have to say it went fairly well with my taco dinner...high drinkability factor, but I'm not sure I'd really WANT to drink one after another of these if other wheats are available. Also, not sure this is an "American Wheat" as there is next to no hoppiness, but whatever."
