"Sampled on 9/1/08. This Kellerbier pours a medium orange gold color from a 50cl swing top bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is cereal and grain, a touch herbal and floral. A medium bodied ZKL (Zwickel/Keller/Landbier). How is that for an abbreviation? The malts are cereal and grainy, bready and a little caramely. The hops are spicy and floral. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Kind of a run of the mill German lager, well its much better than that, but very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and very smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "
