Die Original Passauer Weiße im Bügel ist auf Grund ihres etwas geringeren Kohlensäuregehalts milder aber gleich prickelnd und köstlich im Geschmack. Sie ist ein obergäriges, naturtrübes helles Hefeweißbier mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 5,3 vol.%.

"This German Hefeweizen pours a medium yellow gold color from a 50cl swing top bottle. Medium to large sized off white foamy head, with nice lacing and good retention. Aroma is wheaty, citrusy with some banana. A medium bodied Hefe. The malts are wheaty, with some yeast and a little banana and clove. The hops are spicy. Nice balance. Lively carbonation. A nice hefe, a very refreshing beer on a warm summer night. Mouthfeel is full. The finish is crisp and clean. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. "
