In 1853 James Boag commenced his brewing tradition on the banks of the Esk River in Launceston, Tasmania. Today we are dedicated to carry on this tradition of excellence which he established. James Boag believed in brewing the best possible beers using only the finest ingredients. His son not only carried his name but his commitment to quality, purity and great tasting beers.
