"A Canadian take on a centuries old traditional brew. The is pours a clear gold colour with a thin white head that disappears quickly. The malt is of the grainy variety, but is balanced nicely by some hops. The flavour profile is similar to the aroma. Easy drinking, and refreshing."

"Pours a perfect light golden colour with fine bubbles and a thin head that disappears quickly. Nose is light, yet consistent and unique. In my mouth it feels very similar to a good champagne with a taste that just seems to fit perfectly into a stronger pilsner category. A great beer and I will definitely be purchasing this again."

"341ml bottle
5.0% ABV
I tried this beer on April 30, 2008 after purchasing an assorted 6 pack of Ontario Craft Brews from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent orange-gold with a thin white rocky head that lasted. The aroma was typically Brick with some malty tones, some yeasty tones, and a little bit of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with some mild carbonation. The flavour was a nice balance of malts and hops, and was very good for a bottom-fermented beer."

"This Canadian pilsner pours a golden colour with a big creamy white head that has excellent retention and leaves real thick lacing. Active carbonation all-over the glass. The nose is rich with grainy and bready malt. Caramel is also present and mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Mild hop taste with some light caramel in the finish. The lace sticks the whole way down. A very nice pils which I will buy again."
