Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

"Pretty weak for an IPA but kind of expected from this brewery. Aroma is mildly hoppy. Taste is a little bland for the style but still has some hop bitterness to it with a decent balance due to the malty sweetness. If I was new to IPAs, this would be a good introduction."

"Out of the sampler craft case, the Dundee IPA poured a dark copper colored body, with a decent head that left heavy lacing. The aroma was floral, but faint, flavor was a little citrus, and pine but neither were very pronounced, a mildly bitter finish. It is kind of in between a IPA and a hoppy APA, A decent but not outstanding beer, it would be a good intro for those new to IPA's."

"Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: It has nice amber color with good clarity and a thin foamy head that is off white in color.
Smell: The aroma is light with a pleasant citrus hop scent over a faint malt note.
Taste/Mouth feel: It has a mellow pine and citrus hop tone balanced by a thin malt presence. The palate has a smooth mouth feel with a light to medium body and mild carbonation.
Notes: Basic, smooth, and safe. It has a simple, never over the top flavor that is enjoyable but not one that you would say I need to get more of that.

"Part of the craft pack, turns out this is a decent brew. More akin to an American Pale Ale by style, I enjoyed the two I had. Dark copper in color with a medium sized, light tan head. Blanketing lacing around the entire glass. Fruity hop aroma with some evergreen and sweet malts thrown in, needs to be more assertive. Drinkable with enough body to be filling. Calm, bitter aftertaste. Citrus and pine needles backed by caramel malt. A touch nutty with an underlying sweetness. Very balanced and mild making this a session ale with good character. Keep producing beers like this Dundee and I'll make sure to enjoy them more often."

"Not a bad IPA here and is typical of most of it's style. Has a nice and hoppy aroma with some grapefruit with an orange to rusty appearance with a nice head on top that is white in color. The mouthfeel is nice and crisp with some nice hoppy complexities as well as some nice sweet malt to balance and round things out. The flavor is bitter and floral-like with an aftertaste that is of citrus and grapefruit with a finish that is smooth and dry-like. Overall, not a bad offering here and is just too typical to the style with nothing to make it stand above the rest. "
