A modern inspired ale, where brewing traditions and the modern consumers whishes are combined in good fashion, and with a remarkable result. The used malts gives the beer its mahagony color as well as its delisious flavors of slightly roasted malt, that combines with a sweet caramel note. The complex flavors is rounded off by the underlying notes of pineapple and spicy hops. The ale yeast used lends the beer a light fruity note and assures a well balanced sweetness. The result is a dark beer, that isn't heavy and filling, but instead is easily drinkable. Poured it appears with a lovely and creamy head, in a slightly red color.

"A deep red beer with a huge lazing light tan head - doesn’t look like a brown ale. The aroma is sweet malty, grainy, and very bready, combined with lighter notes of honey. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain, fruit, spices, caramel, honey, and hops, leading to a nicely medium bitter end with a hint of citrus."
