Beer produced by low fermentation, to temperatures of the order of 10° - 14°C, being used in its manufacture only blond Malta, lúpulo, water and leavenings of stocks Lager type. This beer rests at least a month to low temperatures (-1°), where it happens a secondary fermentation that gives the special characteristics him of maturity, of there the Lager name, that in German means "rest".
