A balance between a Wiener, which gives the beer a nice malty aroma and a traditional Pilsner, from which it takes the hops (100% Saaz), the fermentation (yeast) and maturing process. Nose of honey, malt and finally the hop, gentle in bitterness but so nice in aroma.

"Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head, which turns small very fast. Aroma is honey, caramel malts and some sour wood. Flavour is caramel malts, some honey and cardboard. Also very much bitter hops and some saltwatery hints. Rich carbonation. "
