"Had this one at the pub itself, in Chicoutimi, Quebec. It poured a deep brown (but not black) colour with a small yellowish head that did not have much retention, nor lace. The nose had smokey malt mixed with a little sourness. Mostly watery mouthfeel with little stickiness. Small amount of cereal malt flavour, with a light smoke finish and a very mild taste overall. Missing body, lacking taste (punch), but a decent refreshing rauchbier."
