Amertume mi-noire (chocolat), noire domino, collet de cappuccino... effet boule de neige qui stimule les esprits songeurs.

"Bought in Laval at the Dépanneur À Tout Prix. Pours a real dark black colour (no red highlights) with a brown bubbly-cream head that dissipates fast enough for a beer of this kind. No lacing is left behind. Many sediments of yeast fall to the bottom of the glass. The nose is roasted with malt, cacao, molasse and some light candy. Flat mouthfeel that is watery. The taste is a bit dull, lacking the punch of a real stout. Hardly any bitterness and the roasted malt is kind of dull. Some coffee, biscuit malt and candy. Decent aftertaste that lingers. Not a terrible brew, but does not beat other Quebec stout like the St. Ambroise Noire and Boréale Noire."
