"Sampled at the pub itself in Chicoutimi, Quebec. Its colour was pink and did look like grapefruit juice, but without the pulp. It had a bit of lacing. The nose was big with grain and very little with strawberries. Maybe a touch of honey and the mouthfeel was watery. The grain malt in the nose was still very present in the taste. The strawberries were finally there... but very little. A very mild and refreshing witbier, but lacking on the fruit."
