"The aroma wasn't appealing at all. It was very sour and reminded me of iodine. In all fairness the appearance wasn't bad.....a thick head that seems to disappear quickly and a faint yellow coloring. I found this to be very watery in taste with the same sournes/iodine flavor. I wouldn't seek this out again."

"I am eager to take forays into alternate grain brews. Anything new is worth trying at least once. This was one of two sorghums I've come across. Interesting packaging was inviting enough, but certainly more complex than what turned out to be a pretty bland beer."

"Pours a cloudy straw yellow with not much head. Aroma is fairly strong, somewhat malty and fruity with just a hint of hops. Flavor is crisp and pleasant, but rather weak - mainly fruity, more like a cider than a beer. It feels watery and thin, but at least it is drinkable. I've had plenty worse."

"I understand the craftiness of brewing with sorghum/rice but this was basically terrible. First smell is like sweaty socks (not good). Taste like slimey lettuce. Bad bottle? not sure but i wont return to find out..... Medium bodied, wet crisp finish..... Some Saki qualities came through and a honey like sweetness towards the end. "
