Brewed at the full barley moon. A traditional ale made from finest malted barley with the first hops cultivated in normandy. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and free from chemicals. Pour with care, some settlement may occur.

"Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is rubber, caramel, some sweetness. Flavour is malts, caramel and grass. Fruity aftertaste. Quite pleasant brew. "
