Brewed using a traditional Munich and lager malt grist, this golden coloured Pilsener lager is lightly hopped with classical Saaz hops and New Zealand Pacific Hallertauer aroma hops to provide a classic Pils character.
The malt base provides an uplifting sensation of reassuring smoothness and distinctly light caramelised flavours. The malts complement the spicy green aromas and flavours of the Saaz hops and Pacific Hallertauer aroma hopsLion Pils is end fermented leaving little residual body and accentuating the smoothness and drinkability that is core to this beer's character.
