"Bought this when I was out in NJ and mailed it back to myself. Worth the wait...a thoroughly delicious trippel. Light, crisp carbonation, which makes a white fizzy head that leaves solid rings of lacing down the glass. Smells of yeast, and light fruits. Tastes like a bit more yeast, pineapples, apricots, and some spice that makes me think of little jars of yellow powder. No hints of alcohol anywhere to be found. A big mouthfeel with an extremely clean finish. A very tasty beer; I wish I had picked up the others (Diabolique, et al.) as well."
