"The only real downfall to this beer in my opnion is the fact that it is under 5% alcohol. The reason that i say this is because i like a warming feeling to accompnay a stout, and this one had very little, it was actually somewhat refreshing. The aroma was bitter chocolate with some strong coffee notes as well. The appearnce is transparent black with a dark tan head that hung out for the whole brew and left some lace. The mouthfeel is medium to medium heavy, not chewy by any means. The flavor is strongly of chocolate and coffee. Overall the beer is really good, especially for the 5.99 a sixer price tag."

" I'm not a big fan of stouts but this one is great. This beer smells like chocolate malts. It poured a dark dark brown color with a reddish tan head. It had lots of lacing. It tasted like chocolate malts and had a nice contrast between the sweetness and bitterness. Great beer!!"

"Here I am drinking black coffee. A body to march with a coco-tan hean, a little thin. The aroma is of coffee and chocolate. The taste matches with a little bittering from the coffee, I guess"

"Pours black with a tight but thin tan head leaving nice lacing. Little carbonation. Aromas of toasted malts, dark caramel, dark chocolate and hops. Taste is smooth with a nice maltiness and slight hops finish."

"The body was blacker than black, the head was light brown and creamy, lacing on the glass was about average for this type of thick beer. brewed with lactose sugar the sweetness balanced out with the bitterness of malts. hints of roasted chocolate malts flavor this triple stout. overall this is a decent stout, not something i would drink often, but every now and then it is a good for a change of pace."
