"Light gold/yellow. White foamy head, with good bubbles. Some nice lacework as the drink goes down.
A soft Saaz nose, honey notes. Not very pronounced.
Good balance of noble hop & crisp malt. Hint of light carapils. The bitterness is mild, but still offering a nice crispness at the end.
A good effervescence creates a big mouthfeel at first, and the balance carries it on towards the end. It lingers for a while with hop flavour, not just bitterness. This is nice.
It's better than some "native" pilseners I've tried, and is an excellent dinner beer."
