Rooftop’s distinctive red hue and full, refreshing flavour are created by small-batch brewing using specially selected lightly-toasted German malts - carared and melanoidin. The aromatic Hersbrucker hop, added to the kettle late in the boil, softens and balances Rooftop’s malts to deliver a smooth, delicate palate rich with hints of toffee and caramel.
Rooftop is full-bodied and malt-driven, but brewed so you can enjoy a few whatever the occasion.

"Copper brown/red. Offwhite head, some bubble bead, and
Subtle fruity, malty nose....
Starts in the mouth with malt, moving into the sweeter, more complex malt flavours, with the lightest touch of some confectionary.
Finishes with good strong, metallic hop flavour. Lingering aftertaste of the malts.
Nice balance, good overall flavour. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts."
