"Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sour apricot along with some acidic sourness and eartyness. Flavour is sweetish sour apricot. Drinkable, but could do with aging a bit more. "

"Poured a hazy golden color with a large, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sour lemons, sweat, horseblanket and dusty leather. Taste of sour grapes, apple skins, some lemon tartness, with a sugary sweetness to balance this all out. Crisp, with a lengthy sourness to really make this a nice gueuze."
