"Tasted at Noogfest 4.0 (2008). This spice beer pours a pinkish grapefruit color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is tomato and clams, some malt. A light bodied spiced ale. Its tomato and clam juice, there is no beer here. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter."

"Pours bright pink with an initial head of froth that resides to nothing, leaving a chunky tomatoe juice lace. Ohh my. Aromas are unlike anything else I have experienced. There’s the typical brick lager skunk floating around, and then add crushed tomatoes, red pasta sauce, and weird fruit juice. But in the end , I can’t get past a sort of rotten vegetal aroma that is overpowering. Taste is sweet clamato, with no spices, and a touch of bitterness from the lager that is infused. There’s not much going on here. for taste. And it’s hard to rate this as a beer. It’s really not that great. Moderate carbonation, prickly finish. Sorta strange. Funny thing is, I know a lot of people who add clamato to their beer. I’ve got 5 for trade if anyone is interested."
