The Hightail Ale is a traditional English style ‘real ale’. It’s deep amber in colour with a rich malt body and floral hop aroma. Alcohol content comes in at 4.5% (1.2 standard drinks per bottle). We handcraft our ales with the utmost care and avoid all preservatives, additives and pasteurisation.

"Warm, burnt orange/amber. Cloudy. Off-white, heavy head, which leaves a nice lace.
Uplifting nose of English hops, and toffee. Some spicy fruit notes.
Flavours of toasty complex malts, some green-leafy hop flavours.
Medium bitterness.
I wonder if the Goat blokes would consider a cask-conditioned version....
Good drop."
