Featuring a bright golden hue and light, refreshing body, Pale Nectar incorporates Centennial, Cascade and Mt. Hood hops for a crisp, complex hop profile that defines both the bouquet and texture. A highly approachable pale ale and a Gold Medal winner at the 2003 Great American Beer Festival, it was also awarded a Silver Medal at the 2004 World Beer Cup.

"Poured from a bottle to a slightly hazy orange color with a big white foamy head that soon disappeared to a nice thin head. The aroma was outstanding and had a wonderful citrus hop flavor. The tast was Malt with a nice finish of hops that ended very clean for me. I'm a big fan of Nectar Ales!! Well Done!!"

"a nicely crafted pale ale indicative of its name nectar. From the first sip this was juicy sweet and tasty. My watering mouth called for another taste...............a light orange color and a soft head drips lacing. Aromatic smell of bright hops, flowers, and honey was sweet and seductive. Taste was light and floral and biased to the american hops, which really are showcased here and presented well........... A fruity IPA-like grapefruit bitterness is mellow. A suggestion of pineapple. I must say, it is nectar-ish, like honeysuckle........ A lively bubbly mouthfeel completed the package here and pretty much held up through a light finish. All the elements here are made for drinking. Quenching and bitter suchlike homemade iced tea. This was very good and i've enjoyed it warm. I'll order more of this for the rest of summer. "

"Nectar Ales Pale Nectar pours a light copper-gold color with a large head. Aroma is sweet and floral, with good hop notes. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Flavor has a very nice balance, but leans toward the hoppy end, as suspected. Overall, a very nice ale brewed in the classic west coast style."
