Pure and crisp, this is a beer with nothing to hide. Wisconsin two-row barley malt ensures a mellow and smooth body.

"This is one of the several beers I picked up when visiting the New Glarus Brewing Company on my "Boozin Across Wisconsin Tour 2008". I purchased it in the store after I took a tour of the facilities.
I picked up a bottle of this Totally Naked only because it was available in a single and I wanted to be able to taste it and review it here. This one falls short in my book though when compared to the other very flavorful New Glarus products.
The beer has a watery, clear, golden color to it with a minimal white head that quickly evaporates. The aroma is that of a standard American lager, nothing really too special. Grains and grass is all I can pick up.
The beer drinks fairly smooth, but almost too watery for my liking. The taste is clean, but again, very average and really lacking any of the great flavors that you find with the rest of the New Glarus products.
I'm assuming that this was created for those who like that American lager style of beer. Not sure why you would spend the money on that though when there are other products out there at a much cheaper price. "

"Courtesy of both BeerHunter & pfoxyjohn who set my up with this New Glarus offering. Pours a clear golden yellow with a medium white head leaving some nice lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet wheat and malts with a very slight orange/citrus and a dose of hops. Taste is very smooth with a nice sweet malt and very slight fruitiness balanced with a smidgen of hops. "

"This beer was a real surprise.Poured a beautiful golden color with a medium bright white head. I found this lager crisp and clean, very refreshing. This could be an everyday summer beer. Very good! I would definetely by a 12 pack of this one often."

"This Premium Lager pours a light gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is wheaty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Lager. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and spicy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Nice beer for a warm summer day. It’s light and crisp yet it has a lot of nice beer like flavors. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "

"Bottle at the Birds-Pack Lambeau tailgate. Title intriguing, beer not so much, but not bad either. Based on the ingredients bill, was expecting more of a pilsner product, but this was more of a macro American Pilsner. More quality than BMC, but it was what it was. Aroma was grainy with light grass. Flavor is sweet grains (no cloying corn aspects, though), lacking a hop bite in the finish, yet still a light grass presence in the flavor. Would have been better dryer. Wanted: more flavor."
