"Courtesy of pfoxyjohn. Pours a slightly hazy medium yellow with a slight amber tone with a nice but thinning white head that leaves very nice lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of yeasty sweet wheat, a slight sour apple smell, malts and slight hops. Tatse is different with a thick yeast malty base, a wierd slightly sour apple and orange taste and some wheat and malts. Still a good summer beer and a new style for me."

"Beer pours wheaty yellow flavor, with minimal head and some lacing. A lot of things going on in this one. Pilsner sweet malts with some sourness. Lots of different graininess in this one...kind of reminded me of eating a 7-grain bread. An enjoyable experience. Thanks to eaglefan538 for splitting his bottle."

"Bottle courtesy Bockyhorsey. Pour was hazy cloudy godlen color, light white hues, nice white head, thinning to a ring, the lacing not bad. The aroma was funky citrus and grassy, earthy. The flavor followed the aroma, lactic or citrus finishes to a pilsy malt base and a grass presence. Mouthfeel was semi-hearty, decent body, yet the low carbonation made it a bit watery at the same time. Thanks to Bill and Wendy for this experience!"

"This unfiltered Lager poured a straw yellow color with a weak head. It had malt sediment floating in it that made it more unique. It had a somewhat citrusy flavor with a malt backbone and a rather blanda aroma."

"Best brew for my $ in Wisconsin. A very good version of "U" bier from Germany. Beats the helloutta rotted cow. Brew has a nice hazy appearance, and a old world flavor that is hard to describe other then after a hard days work, a decent yeoman brew that won't harm you the next day. "
