"Bottle from Brewery. Kim sez this is an ale with it’s own smooth character from kreusening.
Pours a lightly hazed honey gold smallish cap good lacing
Aroma is grainy, lightly woody-earthy
Good earthy cereal tastes..organic malts very demure hop presence (northern brewer?) to balance..leaves this malt accented with light earthy-twiggy-woodsy tones, rounded, mellow...the malt is earthy and grainy... no biscuits or bread sweetness...finishes clean and grainy light lemony bite in the finish with an earthy-grainy after taste.
Poor man’s kolsch made with organic malts and Kreusened...drinkable as hell."
