This beer might be a light in alcohol, but not light in flavour. Brewed with 3 select malted barleys, European hops and yeast carbonating naturally and aging for over four weeks. We have produced what I feel is one of the finest light beers on the market. You will not be disappointed.

"This is the only light beer I have ever tasted that delivers malty lager taste. This one is a pale straw color like other light beers but that’s where the similarity ends. Has a lasting frothy cap that leaves adequate lace on the glass...... Mild malty-citrus aromas with no off tones or adjuncts....... light body, dry mouth feel but you can taste a good dose of dry biscuit malt over some decent lemon grass hops. Finish is cidery/drying with a light biscuity after taste....Malty, citrusy, light, crisp (without being sharp) refreshing and very drinkable.....very much like a pale, light version of an Edelhell. The best light beer I have tasted....this would sub for a session lager or a patio drink with mixed company in a pinch.
