"This is not that good of a beer. The beer pours a clear dark golden col,our with a frothy white head. The aroma is weakly grassy and the taste is strongly metallic. I tried this twice several months apart at different bars in different cities with the same result."

"Sampled at the K-W beerfest. Apparently they have been making this Organic beer for a while for draft accounts. Cant tell if this is their regular lager recipe with all organic malts...seems that way.
Tapped a clear deep shimmering gold, tight, sticky 2 finger white cap lasts well and laces the glass.
Aroma" some graininess but mostly sweet malt..bready, with light grassy tones.
Decent malt delivery up front firm biscuity malts are balanced with some spicey herbal hopping..clean finish, biscuit aftertaste.
Fairly 2 dimensional lager but with bright malt and hop flavor good balance and drinkability."
