Brewed with certified organic malts - 50% wheat,50%pale barley. This is a hybrid wheat ale which utilizes a German hefeweizen yeat that produces big fruity-bibblegum esters but low glove phenols..the spice will be added as an adjuct..corriander and orange peel are added in the witbier tradion making this a unique blend of the 2 styles.
