Brewed with two row, crystal and specialty malts, then boiled and dry hopped with Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and Glacier hops for very hoppy yet balanced brew. Our gift to hopheads.

"Beer pours a beautiful copper color...but oddly no head at all. A faint caramel malty smell with some piney notes. The flavor was a rich huge grainy malt profile with some citrus and pine like hops. Nice thick mouthfeel. I was liking this one."

"A good IPA , poured a nice thick foam, good color. Tasted just fine, not overbitter. Wish you had another one of these when you were done. I would recommend. "

"Pours medium-amber with good clarity and short, lasting head. Aroma is citrusy with light herbal notes. Average hoppiness and bitterness in the flavor for an IPA. It lacks complexity in the hop character, but it is still tasty. Light bodied, but not at all watery, with stimulating carbonation."

"Sampled from bottle. Picked up a sixer at Randalls in StL... and glad I did. Pours dirty copper with a creamy light tan head. Its aroma is assertive with resinous C-hops but a bit of malt still manages to peek through. Awesome flavor: bright fruit from the yeast, pine-spice-citrus hops and some honey/bready malts. None overpowers the other. A well-made IPA."

"This beer didn't seem too complex but just deliciously hoppy! Mild start, then whoa, just the right bitterness. Darn good beer. I'd recommend this beer for any tasting or just a simple refreshment on a hot day."
