Oc'Ale Noire is an organic top fermentation beer. A fine layer of yeast in the bottle ensures a second low fermentation in cellar. Oc'Ale Noire is best served carefully at a temperature between 10° and 12°C.

"Bottle at the Taverne St Germain, Paris. Near black with a slim light brown head. Roasted malt and fruity berry aroma. Roasted malt and sour flavour again with some berry fruit. Medium bodied, flatish mouthfeel. Not bad."
