A base brown ale was fermented over raspberries and then dosed with just enough Rodenbach to give the beer a nice sour balance.

"[BCTC 06] Poured a hazy, pale red color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of light brett, farmhouse, some cereal, and fruity raspberries. Taste was tart upfront, lots of raspberries, which got a bit sweet, almost yogurty. Quite enjoyable overall."
