"It pours a cloudy/nectarlike amber with 1/2-inch thick light-tan head and some lace. A fine aroma of caramel malts, a fruit bouquet including: oranges, apples, plums, apricots, figs, and raisins. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of caramel malts, the fruit bouquet, bitterness, and mild spices. Mmmm...good stuff!"

"Pours with a way over shot of carbonation. Head very large, hard to drink because of the foam. flavor was kind of a disappointment, it was kind of astringent, not the normal beer bitter that we all know and love. Mouth feel was kind of prickly do to residual carbonation, not too sweet or to dry, but maybe I am just not ready to truly appreciate this beer yet. sorry to those who love it."

"This is the beer of Gods. It looks like a beer, and tastes great. A hazy golden ale with a huge white cap that has the texture of the rocky mountains. Belgian yeast is the prevalent odour along with some fruit and peppery spices. The flavour is both unique and complex. Citrusy hints balance out the yeastiness and it all ends with a bittering finish."

"THis is an unbelievable golden ale with the best yeasty flavour I can recall. A little bit of a saison-like aroma goes a long way as well. I could have done without the huge white head though."

"Floral, somewhat lavender soapy nose, bright white thick head, pure amber-gold body (must be stored and poured properly to keep yeast sediment in bottle, I save the yeast for dessert). If you get a chance to visit the abby where its brewed do so, its beautiful and they have a cafe where you can drink the beer, eat the cheese and the bread produced by the abby as well."
