Ostravar Original is a light beer brewed using the traditional bottom fermentation technique. It is a refreshing beer with a strongish bite and moderately bitter aftertaste. Ostravar Originál took second place in the "Beer of the Czech Republic 2003" competition, in the "Pale Draught Beer" category.
