(2/18/2008 8:03:40 AM) "Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with small white creamy head that lasts for a while. Leaves some lace. Also yeast particles gathering on the bottom of the glass. Aroma is fruits, some sweet malts along with grass and some earth. Also some slight dishwater-like notes. Flavour is quite the same. If it really is a saison, it’s probably the mildest saison I have had... (as for the aroma and flavour).
