"Not a bad beer. Certainly not what I was expecting. Not red per se, like a Rickard's, but light brown like a Smithwick's. However, it's tastes nothing like either. It's like a sweet Pilsner(?) with that little touch of honey. Overall, not bad, especially given the price."

"Dumped out into cone-shaped paper cup from the water cooler...er....pint glass. Almost zero cap on the bright amber brew. Aroma is pretty suprising actually. There's alot of honey present here and it does a good job covering up all the other crap they brewed this with. There are some malts too, but not enough to totally cover up the underlying cheapness. Taste is not bad, I really should give it a better mark than a 4 just due to how much better I though this would be, but I gotta keep it straight. Honey, chemicals, dryness, corn and some hops...the chemicals really weren't there when it was cold. No notable alcohol taste which is a bonus. Fairly smooth, light medium bodied and has a hot hop aftertaste sometimes. Taste is getting worse now...I would not have a problem drinking this stuff again but I gotta wonder what kind of headache I'd suffer after 6 or more...because, you gotta take that into account!"

"355 ml can found in the bargain bin at Superstore. President's Choice brand sold at a buck a can (glad I didn't have to buy a whole case).
"Made with Rocky Mountain water and real honey".
The beer pours a nice looking red-gold color, but no head or foam to speak of. Therefore no retention or lace. Slightly sweet smell of honey and corn. A little more flavorful than other mainstream lagers. Not a bad balance of adjunct sweetness and some hop finish. I guess there is some honey too it as well. Mouthfeel almost has a sticky texture.
A drinkable, low budget beer, might be worth another try."

"Brewed with spring water, malted barley, corn and hops. Well, at least they don't try and hide the corn. Pours a nice clean amber colour with a big head that dissipates fast. The carbonation is lively with bigger bubbles and a ring stays around for the tasting. The nose is a mix between the corn and the honey. Watery mouthfeel that is smooth. Starts off slightly bitter and stays into the finish. The corn appears in the aftertaste, but not disturbingly. Notes of honey and apples are felt along the way. Not really a sweet beer, but has some decent bitterness. Well-brewed swill."
