"Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured an hazy amber color ale with a nice big foamy head with some good retention and some lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt with some dry hops. Taste was also dominated by some biscuit malt note with some nice English dry hops at the end. Body was above average with some nice carbonation. Very well done overall and something that I wouldn’t mind having as a regular session beer."

"Body looks hazy brown with a cooper tinge, cap was ok but quickly vanished only leaving a good sized skiff. Aroma has metallic hops that seem to turn into melon the longer you smell and lots of light creamy malt character seems to be a touch sweet but not over the top. Very bitter taste with a touch of crisp hops and tons upon tons of malt, and once again just like in the smell it has a bitter with slight melon finish. Clean taste with full bodied feel and a soft carbonation feel on the tung. Simple and tasty and easy to slam, highly enjoyable brew. Can the farmers in Saskatchewan even begin to appreciate this well crafted beer I mean it taste nothing like lucky lager. "

"A not-quite clear light copper brew that poured out a thin cap with minimal carbonation. Aroma is on the mild side, but that is not to say that there is not an ample ammount to be found. Mainly malts (a touch caramelly) and some sweet orange-like citrusy hops - possible having a slight creamsicle smell. Taste is quite malty for a second then these tasty come in. They do not overpower, just blend it nicely. The hops are quite fruity and as the tasting moves along, are becoming more prominent. Light medium bodied. The hop hit is heavier than it should be but are quite tangy. Somewhat smooth feel. Finishes dry with a lingering hoppiness. Really drinkable. Another tasty concoction from Paddock. I open up the style on this beer for discussion or style change."
