"Bottled:
Poured a light gold with a 2 finger rocky cap..fair retention and lacing
Aromas are light grain husks, light woody-mustiness...different for a pils.
Peppery mouth on this...fair malt spine...seems like noble herb-woody hopping (hersbrucker?)....clean finish still good malt presense with a nice earthy-woody decernment from the hops.
I found this to be a very flavorful light lager in the Munich style but not really a pilsner....but I am glad they used the hops they did they really are pungent ( earthy-woody-herbal) and set the malts off just right....2 thumbs up."
