(7/30/2006 6:36:45 PM) "This little brewery caught my eye as we were leaving the Beer Museum bar, passing the Heurmarkt, and heading toward the Dom/Cathedral. We stopped in and enjoyed a pretty nice and crisp kolsch there. This was authentically brewed in and poured from a wood barrell with lower natural carbonation levels.
